TALMA collects and processes personal information submitted by applicants for the purpose of evaluating applications, communicating with candidates, coordinating programs, and managing participation in TALMA programs and related activities.

The information collected may include contact information, educational and professional background, identification details, availability, travel-related information, and other information voluntarily submitted as part of the application and participation process.

Applicant information is stored and managed using authorized cloud-based systems and trusted service providers used for operational, recruitment, communication, and program management purposes.

If an applicant is accepted to a TALMA program, relevant information may be shared with trusted operational and logistical partners as reasonably required for program administration and participation. Such partners may include educational institutions, travel providers, accommodation providers, insurance providers, operational coordinators, and other service providers supporting program delivery.

TALMA may also use applicant contact information to communicate updates, opportunities, announcements, and marketing materials related to TALMA programs and activities. TALMA does not sell applicant personal information and does not share applicant information with unrelated third parties for independent marketing purposes.

Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel and trusted service providers with a legitimate operational need to access such information.

TALMA retains personal information only for as long as reasonably required for operational, legal, administrative, and program-related purposes. Applicants may contact TALMA regarding questions about their personal information or requests related to access or correction of their information.

By submitting an application or providing personal information to TALMA, applicants acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage, processing, and operational use of their information as described in this notice.
