Aharai
The strategic partnership between TALMA and Aharai has now entered its third year, strengthening its mission to develop youth leadership and promote civic engagement among Israeli teens and young adults. Through this collaboration with Aharai, a nonprofit organization renowned for fostering youth leadership skills, especially in marginalized communities, TALMA continues to deliver targeted English language instruction to its community members.

The program’s growth in 2024 marked a significant milestone, as TALMA not only held a course for Aharai participants and young professionals but also launched an additional specialized track. This new course, designed specifically for Aharai’s managers and counselors, focuses on developing essential skills including public speaking, international communication, and narrative presentation techniques.
